Wild Bill Cooksey came to my attention when he appeared in Las Vegas. THE FIRST ACT and ONLY act that I had seen other than SHECKY GREENE in New Orleans, circa 1952, that could go five and six hours non-stop and not repeat his material.
Cooksey is a person to person entertainer. He reaches and touches everyone in his audience.
